Dreams.

Do you remember them? Not the movies you view in your mind each night, the mashes of color and light, disembodied from reality; but those waking dreams of what you wanted to be, who you wanted to be, and what you wanted to see for your life?

I remember them. Tiny little kernels of hope in an insane world, where we, the professional world, sacrifice our hopes of our future for the security of our present; our sources of inspiration culled at inception for the work we do to provide predictably available shelter, food, and expenses; giving up something of a higher order for the easy predictability of our mundanely professional lives.

That's what TerraWolf Photography is all about. I do not sell artwork to hang on your wall. Although each piece may stand alone as a work of art, it is not its purpose. Its purpose it to provide hope… a goal to achieve. Its purpose is a reminder that we do not have to give up the ability to stand at the top of the mountain and scream our existence or defiance to the sky, in subservience to the daily rituals of commutes, meetings, and responsibilities.

Unlike simple artwork, where you look at it, say "Wow!" and move on, my goal is to allow you to stand in my place behind the camera... in fact, stand in my place before the camera comes out... and experience a taste of a world so breathtaking that the Dream itself will manifest into being in your life. I want you to see them, to feel them, and say "Wow! I must go there!" and allow yourself the opportunity to do so.

Each day you see one of my prints on your wall... I wish for it to be your goal, your hope, and your inspiration to venture forth into this great, wondrous planet we call Earth, and see and appreciate the beauty of life in all its myriad forms. A planet that calls to all of us... young and old, man and woman, religious and secular, rich and poor; a universal call that cannot be boxed in or ignored. Why must you conquer the mountain when the true joy is to let the mountain conquer you?
